(More customer reviews)I was wowed by the reviews here, so bought the three-pack for my spouse.I've given him a few rubdowns on his tight shoulder muscle and he did not sense that the product gave any relief.I wondered the same, as I've used it on a sore back a few times with nothing noticeable.

Yes, it's non-greasy, non-burning, non-staining, and has no strong offensive menthol-like odors... but I'm not convinced it does a darn thing.
