(More customer reviews)I ordered Freeze-It advanced therapy pain relief gel from Amazon and I am so glad I did - nothing else I could buy in the stores has given me the relief for my arthritic knees that Freeze-It delivers.I also have used it on my wrists (I have carpal tunnal) and I use it on my shoulder for arthritis pain. This has the same ingredients as the product the chiropractor sells, but needless to say, he charges an awful lot more!
