Needless to say, I was in an immense amount of pain and expected to need to take some time off to recover, in addition to needing many chiropractic visits. But having used many of Dr Garber's products in the past with great success, I tried the Injury Formula.I took it every few hours that first day and was honestly able to move freely and with little pain when I woke up the next morning. I continued using it a few times a day for a week after that and was honestly free of stiffness, soreness, pain. Good stuff.
