(More customer reviews)I keep trying topical pain relievers because some of them can be pretty effective for arthritis pain and I have arthritis in my lower back. This one works reasonably well for muscle pain from over exertion at the gym but doesn't work as well for my arthritis pain.
If you have moderate to severe back pain, I recommend SALONPAS Hot Capsicum Patches instead if pepper doesn't bother you.
