The nice part is that it comes in a tube that is like a large lip balm, so you can rub it on without touching it with your hands. It penetrates and soothes sore muscles. We really like the natural ingredients that encourage blood circulation and healing.
Besides being nice on sore muscles, it is very effective for sinus congestion. When I have a cold or allergic reaction with runny or stuffy nose, the scent of this rub is perfect to help open it up. Do use caution if the skin around your nose is tender from wiping your nose. If your skin is a little raw then the rub will feel very hot on your skin. In that case I suggest putting a spot on a tissue and putting the tissue near your nose to get the same sinus opening effect.
