(More customer reviews)I have used Bruder's 1/2 size Protocold pack for well over a year, usually several times a day, primarily for back and hip (sciatica) pain. The inner material is only now starting to deteriorate so I am ordering a new one. It is large enough for my lower back , re-cools quickly and stays cold for hours. I usually wrap it in at least 2 layers of terry towel so it isn't too cold at the start. Unlike gel-packs, I can sit on this pack , which really helps my hip pain.
