(More customer reviews)This isn't a revolutionary product, but I would not change a thing about it. It secures easily and firmly an icepack of just about any size or weight. You can strap the ice pack to your neck, shoulders, thoracic or lumbar spine, knees, whatever. I haven't seen anything that works as well.
Come to think of it, you could use these to secure a heating pad or anything else you wanted pressed against your body. How exciting!
