(More customer reviews)I recently purchased a huggle on the advice of a friend, and it's awesome!I took it to a cabin on the coast over the weekend and it was so great to have the warmness of the huggle on my back while I was relaxing on the couch.I used it for the long drive too, and it was so soothing.I ordered mine in a Southwest print, but I loved how there were so many options to choose from.I can't recommend the Huggle enough!

For use as a heating pad, heat your HUGGLE for one to three minutes in your microwave, then place on the area for heat therapy. The HUGGLE will remain at theraputic heat levels for 45 minutes or more. No cords or additional electricity needed! To use as a cold pack, simply place your HUGGLE in a sealable plastic bag and place in the freezer. Remove from plastic bag before applying your HUGGLE to the area to be treated.
