You get a 6" x 9" Spa quality wrap to meet your needs. Try putting your hand into the pocket for hand and wrist pain relief. Made with all natural products: rice, flax seeds, and possibly several different dried herbs with an emphasis on lavender for the wonderful aromatic scent. Place in microwave for about 1-2 minutes until desired heat is obtained. Then, simply place on body part needing relief while the aroma soothes and relaxes your senses. Place over clothing and progress to skin as it cools. Non-bleached muslin pad is double stitched for strength. Comes with easily removable and hand-washable outer cover.
