(More customer reviews)I have used ThermiPaq pads for about four or five years now. I LOVE THEM! I use mine mainly for heat, as I get lots of tension in my neck and shoulders and lots of sinus headaches. I use it on my face as a mask for the sinus headaches. This product really is brilliant. It is some sort of natural clay, not gel, so you can sort of mold it to what hurts and it keeps the shape--very handy when using it on my face. Also, it has a cloth sleeve that fits over the pack itself, which has a velcro elastic strap, so you can wrap it around and keep it in place without having to hold it or be perfectly still (so helpful while sleeping). It stays warm for a long time, at least an hour or more where it is very warm and two to three hours more after where it is still providing therapeutic warmth. I truly have no complaints about ThermiPaq. I have used it frequently (probably at least once a week if not more) for years and have not had any issues.As a bonus, on those cold winter mornings when going to work seems like a punishment, I pop my ThermiPaq in the microwave before I go, and it keeps me toasty on my drive to work. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!
