I play soccer competitively, plus I jog and sprint for conditioning.It heats up the muscles really fast.I put Flex Power on my hamstrings, which take a beating with sprinting.I also use it on my lower back, thighs, and sometimes ankles.It's not a cure for anything, but it heats up really fast, lasts throughout stretching and tough endurance workouts, and I can still feel the effects when I'm done.One note of caution - be careful when taking a hot shower afterward.If you wash it off, though, it's fine.It's a great workout tool endorsed by many professionals and various sports organizations.
